SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Seven Moore Boutique is not liable for shipping company's delay or any misrouted packages.

We will inspect all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is unlikely.

​

All orders placed by 3pm Eastern Time on Monday – Friday will be shipped the same day.

Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following business day. Orders are not shipped on the weekend. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a strict NO REFUND, STORE CREDIT ONLY POLICY

Returns must be postmarked back to Seven Moore Boutique within 5 business days from the date your order was originally delivered. Please note the buyer is responsible for the shipping fee to return items. We do not issue Pre-paid return labels.

All returned items will be inspected for signs of wear and/or damage.  If the item does not match the original condition, you will not receive a store credit. Items will be returned to the sender. No Refund will be issued, store credit only. There will be a restock fee of 15%. Seven Moore Boutique will have final decisions on returns.

Important Note:

DUE TO HEALTH RESTRICTIONS AND SANITARY REASONS, WE DO NOT RESELL SWIMSUITS, INTIMATE/ INTIMATE APPAREL, THESE ITEMS WILL BE FINAL SALE (NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGES, ALL SALES ARE FINAL).

 
IN ADDITION, ALL SALES ARE FINAL FOR THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:

 

  • SALE ITEMS

  • DISCOUNTED PRICE ITEMS

  • CLEARANCE ITEMS

  • POP UP SALES

RETURN PROCESSING TIME

  • Upon receipt of your package, your return for a store credit will be processed within 5 business days. 

​

WHEN MAKING A RETURN

  • Pack your merchandise in the original product packaging. All items must be returned in original condition with tags attached.

  • Please include your original invoice with your return. Please keep a copy for your records. 

  • Write “Reason for Return” on your invoice.

  • Keep the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status.           We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Store credit card expires 90 days from the date it was originally issued
